The 3 Days training on Institutional Capacity Building of NEF Head Teachers organized by VSO, in collaboration with the National Education Foundation (NEF) and Education Cannot Wait, successfully concluded with a vibrant closing ceremony.

During the event, certificates were awarded to the participating Head Teachers, Mentors, and Facilitators in recognition of their dedication and active participation throughout the sessions. As part of the initiative, VSO also distributed tablets to 15 Head Teachers of NEF Community Model Schools to support digital learning and enhance school management practices.

This capacity-building program marks a significant step toward strengthening leadership, innovation, and institutional effectiveness across NEF schools contributing to improved learning outcomes and inclusive education.
