Today, NEF conducted an orientation session focused on the preparation of the upcoming centralized examination of 5th grade. The session aimed to support teachers in planning and utilizing the remaining time before the examinations in the most effective and strategic manner. During the orientation, teachers discussed and aligned on key strategies, including: . Understanding the paper pattern and assessment structure . Effective time management for both teaching and examinations . Preparing students in line with the prescribed Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) The session was formally opened by Mr. Bilal Aziz Programme specialist at JICA, who emphasized the importance of structured preparation and continuous teacher support. This was followed by a brief motivational session designed to boost teachers’ morale and set a positive, focused tone for the orientation by Syed Yawar Abbas , Assistant Director and umul baneen, program officer Overall, the session provided practical guidance, encouraged collaboration among teachers, and reinforced a shared commitment to improving student performance in the upcoming examinations
