Day 1 focused on lesson planning and effective teaching strategies in Mathematics, English, and Urdu, along with micro-teaching, classroom management, peer learning, and assessment, opening with a pre-training assessment and closing with a daily review. Day 2 covered Inclusive Education, Teacher and Student Well-being, Child Protection, Assessment Techniques, Record Keeping, and the use of AI tools in education, supported by interactive collaborative activities. Day 3 centered on TLM Kit Orientation and Classroom Integration, kit demonstration and hands-on practice, and lesson planning for Science and Social Studies, concluding with a post-training assessment and feedback session.

The program culminated in a dignified closing ceremony moderated by Mr. Syed Yawar Abbas, attended by Ms. Tahira S. Sheikh (Managing Director, NEF), Mr. Syed Tufail Hussain (Chairman, AJK Textbook Board), and Mr. Inayat Ali (Secretary Education, Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir), whose remarks emphasized the importance of continuous professional development. The ceremony concluded with certificate distribution recognizing participants' commitment to enhancing their teaching practices.
