Inauguration of Capacity Building Training for NEF Teachers at Allama Iqbal Open University
The National Education Foundation (NEF) marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of the Capacity Building Training Program for NEF Teachers at Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad. This training initiative is part of the broader National Non-Formal Education (NFE) Teachers’ Capacity Building Program, jointly implemented by the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training (MoFEPT), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Pakistan Institute of Education (PIE), and other key partners. The program aims to enhance the teaching skills and professional competencies of NEF’s non-formal education teachers to ensure inclusive, equitable, and quality learning opportunities for all—especially out-of-school and marginalized children. NEF remains committed to advancing its mission of promoting education for all through continued capacity building and collaborative efforts.
