A DELEGATION FROM PMYP AND MASHAL VISITED KHAWAJASARA LEANING CENTER BAHARAKAHU
The National Education Foundation (NEF) had the honour of hosting a distinguished delegation for a productive meeting and meaningful discussion on Khawajasara literacy, vocational skills, and community empowerment. The delegation included Dr. Rubina, Focal Person, Prime Minister's Youth Programme (PMYP); Farzana Kausar, Focal Person, Legal PMYP, Prime Minister's Office; Muhammad Ali, Founder & President, MashAl (a sub-wing of the Human Rights Council of Pakistan); Dr. Anum Zaffar, Director International Affairs & Central Body Member, MashAl; and Israr Ahmed Yousafzai, Executive Member, MashAl. Following the meeting, the delegation visited the NEF Khawajasara Centre, Bhara Kahu, where they observed ongoing literacy and vocational training under the NEF Khawajasara Programme. They interacted with learners and engaged in thoughtful conversations about their learning experiences, aspirations, and the impact of the programme on their lives.The visit reflected a shared commitment to promoting inclusive education, strengthening vocational opportunities, and empowering the Khawajasara community through sustainable skill development.
