Dr. Shahid Soroya, Director General of PIE and Member of the Board of Governors of the National Education Foundation, graced the event as the Chief Guest. He distributed scholarship cheques and merit certificates among high-achieving intermediate students who secured admission to medical and engineering universities and colleges on a merit basis under the Merit Award Scholarship Program.
