Funded by the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (MoFE&PT), the OOSC Project is a key initiative aimed at addressing the grappling issue of out-of-school children in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), particularly in underserved peripheral areas.
Key Achievements:
- Established 72 Community Model Schools in rural and urban areas of ICT.
- Enrolled 5,308 out-of-school children, providing them with access to quality education.
- Male student 2581, Female students 2727
- Empowered 162 women by employing them as teachers, promoting gender equity and local livelihood.

Provided free learning resources, including:
- Textbooks
- Teaching and Learning Materials (TLM)
- Regular teacher training to ensure quality instruction.
This initiative reflects a strong commitment to inclusive education by not only enrolling children left out of the system but also uplifting communities through local teacher empowerment and resource support.
